Privacy Policy

When you submit the waitlist application form, we collect:

• Your name — so we can address you.
• Your email address — so we can reply about your application.
• The capital range you select — a range, not an exact figure, used to assess fit.
• Your stated trading goals — free text you write, used to understand what you want built.

We do not ask for and do not want account numbers, brokerage credentials, Social Security or other government ID numbers, or payment details. Please do not enter them in the goals field.

Our server records a redacted marker of each submission (for example email=ad***) so we can confirm the form is working. Those logs are short-lived and do not contain your full email, name, capital range, or goals text.

To evaluate your application, contact you about it, and — if you become a customer — to design and build the service you asked for. We also use your email to send you related updates, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us to build something for them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate this site:

• beehiiv (United States) — stores your name, email, capital range, and trading goals, and sends our emails.
• Vercel (United States) — hosts this site and provides aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic analytics.

We may also disclose information if legally required, or to establish or defend legal claims.

These providers are based in the United States, so if you are outside the US your information will be transferred and stored there.

We keep applications for as long as we are considering them or working with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Email us at hello@hiryse.com and we will respond within the time your local law requires.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated by email.
